Zoom has made an update on Mac in their latest version (5.0.4) that lets Snap Camera work with it again! Be sure to update to the latest version of Zoom to be able to use Snap Camera on Zoom.

If the camera still does not work in Zoom after restarting, check if the camera works in a Mac app, such as Photo Booth or Facetime. It's working for me in Europe, so i see no reason why it should not work for you. The only thing is that support is only available in US, but I guess you won't need much support or help to get it working, if your camera is compatible.
